One of the keys to maintaining an optimally functioning system is to replace your media at the first sign of contaminant breakthrough. This will ensure that the integrity of your biogas and power generation equipment remains intact. By taking advantage of AFT’s media service plan, you can make sure that the process of replacing or disposing of spent media is an easy one.

The life span of the media will fluctuate depending on the volatility of your waste stream. To replace them, you will have two options available to you: order a replacement through AFT or pay for an on-site installation. Either route will keep your system running at peak levels so you can realize the benefits of biogas with littleto- no hassle far into the future.

Our service also includes our moisture removal, gas cooling, compression, draw points values and all rotating equipment.

Gas Quality – SIL-2 Test

Maintenance of gas quality is critical. Effective monitoring is possible with SIL-2 or SI Test.

• SIL-2 is a grab sample for analysis of VOC, H2O, siloxane and fuel components.
• SI Test is the continuous monitoring of siloxanes plus remote sensing.

Analysis is used to provide valuable operation information on all AFT systems for servicing.
